On April 11, 2010 the All Island APOTY and BOTY competitions were held at Hotel Tim Bamboo in Portland.  Ms. Rosemarie Marrette, ASc., CAP, Administrative Assistant employed to Gorstew Limited, a member of the ATL Group of Companies, representing the Kingston Chapter, emerged winner of the APOTY competition.  Mrs. Grace Carr Benjamin, MBA, Director of Library Services at Northern Caribbean University (NCU), representing the Manchester Chapter, emerged winner of the BOTY competition.
