On April 03, 2011 the All Island APOTY and BOTY competitions were held at the Golf View Hotel in Mandeville, Manchester.  Mrs. Joyce Malcolm Hewitt, ASc., Administrative Assistant employed to Northern Caribbean University emerged winner of the APOTY competition.  Ms. Elaine Oxamendi Vicet, Interim Chair for the Department of Communication Studies at Northern Caribbean University in Manchester, emerged winner of the BOTY competition.  Ms. Natalie Boreland from the St. Ann Chapter, Administrative Assistant at the Sunset Resort Group was runner-up APOTY while, Lisa Simone Bell who represented the Kingston Chapter was named runner-up BOTY.
